SHIPPING POLICY – Omi Mei

1. General Information

Omi Mei ships products within Australia, Canada, USA, New Zealand, EU and to selected international destinations as listed during checkout. We work exclusively with trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your order.


2. Shipping Coverage

Orders can be delivered anywhere in Australia and to international locations where service is available.
The list of available countries and delivery options will be displayed during the checkout process.


3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers such as:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international orders)
  • ARAMEX
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • Canadian Post
  • Australia Post

In certain regions, deliveries may be handled by local postal or courier partners to ensure faster or more cost-effective service.


4. Delivery Times

Orders need 2-3 days of processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

Estimated delivery time:

  • within Australia is typically 6 to 15 business days, depending on your location and order volume.
  • World wide Shipping typically 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location and order volume.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only. External factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or high seasonal volumes may cause delays that are beyond our control.


5. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

We occasionally offer free worldwide standard shipping promotions on eligible orders that meet the minimum purchase value specified on our website.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link for real-time updates.
Tracking information becomes active once the carrier has scanned your package into their system.


7. Delivery Terms and Conditions


Accurate Address: Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all address information is complete and correct.
Undeliverable Packages: If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, Omi Mei is not responsible for any resulting loss or delay. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for re-delivery or return.
Transfer of Risk: Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer in accordance with Australian, Canadian  and USA Sale of Goods legislation.

PLEASE NOTE

We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel stations.


8. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped inside and outside Australia, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply upon delivery.
Customer Responsibility: All such fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by local authorities and are beyond our control.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.


9. Delays or Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or if you experience any shipping-related issues, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
While we cannot guarantee carrier performance, we are committed to assisting our customers until the matter is resolved.


10. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbours or building management.
  • Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  • Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
  • Contact us at support@omimei.com if still missing

We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. In cases of confirmed carrier loss, we'll file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.
